An independent construction expert with no financial connection to your contractor. Our founding team's experience is in Sarasota, FL, Asheville, NC, and Los Angeles. Wherever you are, your report shows how much local evidence backs each number.

How are my documents handled?

We use them to prepare your report. They're stored in our Google Workspace account and processed by the services we use to run myGC — including an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) when we run an automated scan. We don't sell them.

Adding de-identified numbers from your project to our cost data is a separate choice, and it's off unless you tick the box. Details are in our privacy notice.

Do you cover my area?

The free guides, checklist, and email templates are for homeowners anywhere. For quote reviews, our deepest experience is in Florida, North Carolina, and California — wherever you are, your report says plainly how much local evidence backs each number.

Are you a contractor?
